Introduction

Our process begins by learning about your business and the needs of you and your employees. We collaborate to define a clear set of goals and objects while evaluating current practices. Key topics include the status of your plan’s investment committee and employee education program.

Develop Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

We’ll focus on developing and updating the Investment Policy Statement (IPS). We meticulously review the existing investment policy, making necessary updates and modifications to align with changing market conditions and client preferences. This ensures that our clients' investment strategies remain in line with their evolving financial goals.

Design
a Fund Menu

We concentrate on designing a tailored investment menu for each client. This includes selecting a target date fund strategy, evaluating utilization and diversification of asset classes to determine an appropriate risk tolerance and investment objective. Our goal is to create a diversified portfolio that maximizes returns while managing risk effectively.

Benchmarking

Benchmarking investments is another critical aspect of our process. We establish benchmarks to measure the performance of investments against industry standards, evaluate performance regularly, and monitor investments closely to identify underperforming assets.
